Here is some general information on common allergy questions:
Peanuts: Typically, we do not have any peanut products in the kitchen and we use a blended oil in our fryers which does not contain peanut oil. Please ask for a manager to confirm that no peanuts are included in any special items.
Other Nuts: We use other nuts in some recipes. Pecans, walnuts, pine nuts, and other nuts are sometimes incorporated in our recipes
Fryers: We do not have a dedicated fryer for any of our menu items. Any item that is fried could be fried in the same oil as any other item.
Gluten: We have a number of items that can be prepared without gluten. Some of our barbecue items, some of our bbq sauces, some of our steaks and fresh fish items all can be prepared without gluten. Please ask for a manager to discuss the options.
At Bethany Blues, we take our guests’ allergies very seriously and we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Because we take allergies seriously and know how a bustling restaurant operates, we are not comfortable posting hard and fast rules on the website. Because we have a very busy operation and items are prepared in close proximity to each other, we need to know specifically when an item needs special care. Please ask for a manager to discuss your dietary concerns.
