These meats spend up to 16 hours in our all wood fired smoker. We use a blend of hickory and Jack Daniels barrel wood. Our patient smoking style is what separates us from the pack. Enjoy our house sauce or slather it up with one of our award winning barbeque sauces.

It’s always better to have a little more than a little less, but here are some basic guidelines you may want to follow:

Light to Average Eaters: 1/3 pound of meats, or 1/3 rack of ribs, or 1/2 chicken
Average to Hungry Eaters: 1/2 pound of meats, or 1/2 rack of ribs, or 1/2 chicken
Chow hounds: 1/2 pound of meats, or rack of ribs, or whole chicken
