Let us bring our awesome barbecue to make your next event something to remember. Our portable smokehouse can accommodate 25 to 500 people. We can prepare all of your Bethany Blues Barbecue favorites: ribs, chicken, pork, beef brisket. For groups of 50 or more we also can smoke a whole pig.

Team these with our awesome side dishes: Blues baked beans, creamy cole slaw, homemade cornbread, Asian ginger slaw, braised greens, chilled Sussex medley, and many more.

In addition to our traditional barbecue, we also serve some of our seafood favorites: smoked salmon, seared tuna, grilled shrimp, to name a few.
